Christmas Day!

Well your first Christmas has arrived, we got through Christmas Eve service, and going to see Santa at the Rosenbergs. You did not mind seeing Santa, however miss Ava was not impressed at all! I know you are too little this year to open any presents so Mommy and Daddy will do it for you! Next year though you will be a pro! We have a busy day ahead of us, first we are off to Mama and Papa's house, than from there we head over to Mimi and Papa's house. Oh the fun of holidays ! Love you NoraBean

Christmas Eve

The Christmas Eve service this year was so wonderful. We has such a fun time showing off two adorable baby girls! What a blessing they both are too us! I am so glad they are both in our lives, I could not ask for more!

Christmas Party

Well we had our annual christmas party and it was a blast. Everyone loved seeing you and your sister in matching dresses! You were a very good girl and slept through most of the party. Maybe next year you will be up for more excitment! Here are a few pictures from the night! Daddy was too busy to be in any!

Time sure flys

I am looking back at this picture of you from the hospital and really cant believe that you are going to be a month!

I am just loving everything about you. Your little cry that sounds just like a bird and your skinny long fingers. I am sad to have to put away some of your newborn clothes that no longer fit anymore!

Last night was the first night you only woke up once, at 3am! I was so happy that i got a pretty good sleep!

We took you to the doctor for your two week check up. You weighed in at 8 pounds 6 ounces! I could not even believe it! The doctor told us you were eating to much!

Christmas is coming to soon! Mommy and Daddy got you three presents, knowing that you are going to get a ton from all the family that loves to spoil you and sister!

White Snow and Bright Lights!

Snow is falling and the lights are hung on the house. I just love this time of the year! We recently put the Christmas tree up and Ava loved helping daddy with the ornaments. We are still working on making sure she does not touch them! We are getting ready for are annual Rosenberg family Christmas Party. This year is extra special because you are here to spend it with us! I know you dont understand Christmas yet, but know that you are so special to us and that everyone will be thinking of you this year! Not to much longer till we can open up all your presents!

Thanksgiving!

We had an awesome Thanksgiving this year. We had so much more to be thankful for with you here! Nora you are such a good baby and everyone just loved you. Aunt Buffy, Uncle Gary and the girls all came to visit. The girls had such a fun time holding you and passing you back and forth. You also got your first taste of day after shopping fun! We started the morning bright and early at TimHortans, and from there we went on to Target, Walmart, and many others stores! You were very good and just hung out in your carseat. We shall see how next year is for us!

Sweet Angel

Well my little girl, you are here and we are thrilled! You were born on Novemeber 7th at 8:07am. A perfect healthy little bundle! Little being the right word! 7 pounds 5 ounces. Mommy never thought she would ever have a baby that small. I am so happy with you though! You are a perfect baby so far! You only cry when you are hungry or need to be burped! Big sister Ava loves you so much! She rubs your hair and gives you kisses all the time! She runs to your side when you cry or just when you are sleeping! Daddy loves you more than you will ever know! He is so happy with all his girls! Welcome home baby!

Great Gift Idea

Over the course of two babies, one tends to get a lot of gifts! When this arrived in the mail this week I kept saying to myself, now that is a cool gift. This is a solid wood block with all of Nora's birth infromation engraved on each side of the cube. I really think this is such a neat and personally gift to give someone. It came from my boss and good friend Meghann and her husband Josh and there baby Ella, who is just over 4 months older than Nora! This block now proudly sits on a wall shelf hanging up in Noras bedroom! Oh and I apoligize for the poor quality of pictures, but things are a bit crazy around here, and I did not have time to fuss with it! Thanks again Meghann for this great gift!

World meet Nora, Nora meet World!

Nora Elizabeth Rosenberg entered our life on November 7th 2008. She is the sweetest little girl and already loved by so many. Her birth story is a big less complicated than her sisters. We knew we were having a c-section this time so I was giving a time to be there and as soon as we arrived at the hospital we were shown to our room and I got changed into my hospital gown and got settled in for the fun ahead. Nora arrived at 8:07 am weighing in much less than her big sister Ava did! 7lbs 5 Ounces 19 and a half inches long. She also had way more hair! We are so excited for her to be here! Our family feels so much more complete now.

Good Bye Belly

I thougth I would share a finally belly picture for everyone, soon it will be no more! We are off to the hospital, wish us luck! Excuse my messy hair and lack of make up!

31 Days

It was a wonderful fall day here today! About 63 degrees out! Your sister Ava and I went to Aunt Kayla's soccer game.. we had such a fun time... There is 31 days left till you come to meet us Nora! I am so excited to see your sweet face and hold your little hands. Mommy and Daddy are getting the house all ready for you.. We are cleaning and organizing everything so when we bring you home the house will be all nice and clean! Your room is getting closer and closer to being done. I just need to finish organizing all your clothes! Soon we will put your car seat in the car and get the double stroller ready to go! It is going to be so much fun seeing your sister Ava interact with you! I know she will love you so much, Just like mommy and daddy already do!

34 Week Doctor Visit

I had my 34 week doctor visit with Dr. Jahmal yesterday. Everything looked great! Your heartbeat was 152, right around the range it usually is! I gained about 2-3 pounds not exactly sure! I think you are going to be a big girl just like your sister Ava was! I have to go back on Oct.17th for my next visit with Laura the NP . I like Laura a lot so it will be nice to see her again.
Everything is looking good though. 35 days till you come to meet us sweet girl! We are waiting patiently!

The Nursery....

The nursery is about done.. I love how it turned out! Kory did such a good job with the letters on the wall, it took me a long time to do the decals after he was done though. As you can see the closet is filling up quickly. It is nice to get a few new things as well as all of Miss Ava's hand-me- downs. The bunny is from Pottery Barn but it is an Ebay find! I think it adds just the right touch to the crib!
All we need now is a baby! Nora Elizabeth will be joining the family soon! 39 days and counting!

34 Weeks

Dear Nora,
Mommy decided to start a blog just for you! I am 34 weeks pregnant. Five weeks until we meet you! I can not wait to see what you look like. Will you have hair or no hair. blue eyes or green eyes? I wonder if you will look like your sister Ava. Ava is 13 months. She does not really understand about a new baby coming but I know she is going to be a great big sister to you! You two are going to be so close! I hope you are best friends!
Your nursery is all set up and ready for you to arrive! I did really pretty stickers on your wall about the crib and your name is also above the crib! It is just perfect. Ava and you are both very lucky that mommy has some interior decorating skills!
Well dear, Miss Ava is demanding some mommy attention so thats all for now!

Oh Daddy

The girls are pretty lucky to have such a crazy free spirited father! He is full of laughs and energy and is a wonderful daddy to our girls. Even my sisters just love him!
