Bathing Beauty!

Nora would like to model bathing suit 1 of 6! Yes, my 7 month old has six bathing suits, however I should add that three are hand-me- downs! This happens to be one of my favorites though, and I picked it up for $5 at a second hand store!
Seriously? How cute is she, Aunt Kayla would be so proud of Nora sporting PUMA!

Just another Trip to the Doctors!

After quite the runabout we are finally home. At our last visit I was given the wrong time on my card, so when i showed up I was actually 3 hours LATE! Well sorry that is not my fault. They were able to squeeze me and Nora in, which I was happy about because I did not want to reschedule. Nora got the OK to start yougurt and juice/water from a sippy cup. She also had to get another set of shots. One oral and three in the legs. I will not lie, I will be very excited to be done with shots at every visit. I dont know who takes them worse me or the girls.

My Little Peanut is what the doctors referred to her as! I have to agree. Everything looked great though, no reason for concern anywhere! The doctors of course loved her, and thought she was beautiful!

Chicken BBQ

Yep, that's right the annual chicken BBQ has rolled around again, and I could not be happier! Anyone who knows anything about it knows that it is the place to be! Nora got to go to her first BBQ tonight where she enjoyed snacking on the roll that came with my dinner. Ava loved the chicken, but who am I kidding she was really just in it for the dessert! ( a girl after my own heart). I see many more chicken BBQ's in our future, so I hope the church does not plan to stop!

Teething!

Nora is getting two teeth on the bottom and it has been not stop chewing on everything and anything she can get her tiny little hands onto.This is what she spent the evening doing, at Aunt Kaylas lacrosse game. Chewing on everything, and yelling when she dropped them!
She is still so darn cute! Lets just hope those teeth come in soon!

Good Night Sweet Girl

I cant think of anything better than a sweet sleeping baby and her favorite lamb! We just love her to pieces, and wish she would stay little and innocent forever!

Her Smile!

Is contagious, whenever she smiles she lights up the room and gets everyone around her smiling too!

No Better Way

There really was no better way or day to have Nora dedicated than on Mothers Day! It was just a perfect time and setting for it. I was honored to be able to share"my day" with my sweet baby girl, who is one of the two reasons I am a mother!
My mothers day was just perfect, Kory treated me like a princess all day and I loved it! We got to spend some time with both my mom and his mom today so that was also fun. Ava and Nora love being around both grandmas.
My mom and Linda both loved the framed pictures of the girls. My mom had her's hung up before the day was over! I think they turned out adorable.
Thanks to my wonderful husband for such and awesome day, and thanks for making me a mommy! I love you!

I am Insane I know

I was not happy with Nora's six month pictures, so I re took them today and I could not be more happy with these! Enjoy looking at our sweet princess!

Bittersweet

Nora Elizabeth is 6 months old today! When did that happen?! These six months have been wonderful. Nora is such a good baby and little sister to Ava! If I could freeze time for just a while I would though! Since I cannot I figure I should just enjoy all the new things she is learning and doing!

We are going to have a little half birthdat party for her tonight art my moms house, we are excited about that. I made cake pops for dessert!

Bananas Today!

Nora has graduated from sweet potatoes to bananas! Which as you can tell she is very excited about! At first the bananas were very tart tasting i'm sure, because I got some crazy faces from her! Though soon after she was gobbling them down faster than i could get them on the spoon. The lastest obsession with "rasberry blowing" has made feeding time interesting though, she spits food everywhere! She is lucky she's so cute!

Apparently Miss Nora was not happy when I told her the food was ALL GONE because this is what I got from her(and no i did not put her finger like that)!!!!

She looks so serious too, like she meant to do it! Oh Nora you never cease to amaze us!

Mr. Photog...

Once in a while Kory likes to pretend he is Mr. Photographer and he runs around the house with my camera snapping pictures left and right. Well today he happened to get a "Rose amongst the Thrones" That rose just happened to be Nora, and I think it is a pretty darn cute picture. All in all Daddy needs to keep practicing though! :-)

The only thing better than a sleeping baby is one who is sleeping on you! Nora is such a cuddle bug lately and I am loving it! And Just because she is so cute!
Sucking her thumb! I dont think she could get much more angelic if she tired! I just love her!

Cherish

Some of you may wonder why the heck I am always taking so many pictures of the girls! Its simple, I want to cherish the memories of them being so little! One day they will look back and be so appreciative of all the pictures I did take of them, just like I am of my Mom. Nora changes so much each day that I find myself intrigued by it! I want to be able to look back years from now and remember how she looked at each stage of her baby phase!
